Meet Jim Ross, the creator of the Batter's I.D. cap
Hello, I'm Jim Ross and I play competitive softball and have for many years. In 2009, I was inducted into Colorado's Softball Hall of Fame. So, why did I create the Batter's I.D.? Out of necessity!
Born out of my disgust from searching through a bunch of bats to find mine, baseball and softball players now have an effective and inexpensive way to make their bat stand out. I've played softball for nearly 4 decades and I compete in sprint events in senior Track and Field. I'm a competitive person and when I do anything, I like to give it my all. After a lot of painstaking care to get the product right, I created the Batter's I.D., a rubber cap that fits snuggly over the end cap of your bat. I don't have to hunt for my bat anymore and neither do you. Get your Batter's I.D. right here.
